Come join me for a really
good time as we unfold the physical, mental and spiritual layers of
our Winter Heart.
This creative process
will include both guided nurturing movement and natural free expression,
a warm up, boogie time and ending relaxation on this journey of sensory
exploration.
Elizabeth has studied
Gyrokinesis ® in Austria with founder Juliu Havarth, becoming
an authorized teacher pre-trainer.
She is a skilled, passionate and fun GYROKINESIS®
(certified level 1), GYROTONIC®
(certified level 1), PILATES
(certified) & YOGA Teacher.
she is the owner of Range in Motion studio in Boise,
Idaho.
