RELAXATION FOR
BETTER HEALTH
MSTI MERIDIAN 3rd floor Conference Room
3rd Tuesday of each month 12:00- 1:00 P.M.
It's easier than you think to learn to relax! Research shows
that eliciting the 'relaxation response' is good for your body and
mind. It lowers blood pressure, eases pain, reduces anxiety and may
even boost your immune system.
Class participants receive a Free Relaxation CD that includes breathing
practice, mind-body scan and guided meditation.
This class is open to all cancer patients and caregivers regardless
of where they are treated.
PLAYFUL
MOVEMENT FOR CANCER SURVIVORS
St. Luke's BOISE Anderson Center
Thursday's 5:30-6:30 p.m.
In this six week fun
and playful movement class, participants will discover tools within
themselves to relieve tension and increase inner joy. Experience stetching,
rhythmic movement and breathing, listening to thoughtful music and
easy self expressive dancing - fortifying their physical and emotional
being. Experience new beginnings!
This class requires the ability to get down to the floor and back
up again.

MSTI BOISE Teton Room
Tuesday, December 14th 12: 00 - 1:00 P.M.
Help your feet to be
comfortable and healthy for improved balance, circulation, walking
posture, whole body comfort and wellbeing.
Learn simple foot and ankle exercises ans self massage that can be
done at home. Class participants will need to be able to sit in a
chair and stand.
